Therapy Sessions is the ninth studio album by David Archuleta, released on May 20, 2020. Its lead single, “Paralyzed”, was released on August 27, 2019, which had teased on his spring tour earlier that year. The second single “Ok, All Right” was released exactly seven months later on March 27, 2020, which was teased when he announced the Ok, All Right Tour in December 2019 ahead of the single announcement.
The song “Ok, All Right” deals with Archuleta’s progress through therapy and his success so far in this endeavor.
The video for “Just Breathe” shows medical workers and others dealing with the outbreak of COVID-19, and was put together while Archuleta was in quarantine. Proceeds from the video will be donated to the organization Direct Relief for COVID-19.
