Under the Rewind: Blossom project, watch Baekhyun and Doyoung give the famous old Doll song a refreshing touch.
Stone Music Entertainment’s new music project called Rewind: Blossom has an incredible lineup and apparently, great collabs! The first song under the project is of the famous singers Lee Ji Hoon and Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung’s famous hit, Doll.
Baekhyun and Doyoung’s rendition of Doll already feels and looks refreshing. The music video has a vintage touch with a pastel color palette. The song talks about a lost lover’s perseverance to cherish the beautiful past memories. And the music video oozes a similar feeling. The small moments of falling in love, the conversations, the memories of them after they’re gone – the first stage of a relationship is captured beautifully in the video. However, the angelic background vocals suggest something else, as if the audience is looking at the lover’s past.
Fans have been excited about this collaboration for a long time. Both Baekhyun and Doyoung are known for their magnificent vocals. The Rewind: Blossom is a spring musical project that aims to get famous stars under the roof and make new renditions of the old songs, giving them a refreshing touch. The lineup for this music project includes Ha Sung Woon, Park Moon Chi, IZ*ONE, Urban Zapaka, Yoo Seung Woo, Wonstein, Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung and B1A4 Sandeul. The Side A version of Doll will release on March 12, 6 PM KST and Side B will release on March 26, 6 PM KST.
