Cooking: Torta de coco e leite condensado

 Ingredientes:

1 unidade de clara de ovo

4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar

1 garrafa de leite de coco (200 ml)

1 lata de leite condensado

1 envelope de gelatina sem sabor incolor

1 lata de creme de leite sem soro

300 gramas de coco

raspa de chocolate ao leite a gosto

Preparação:

Em uma tigela, misture 200 g de coco ralado (200 g), a clara, o açúcar e a água.

Forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma com fundo removível, untada com margarina.

Pressione bem com os dedos.

Asse no forno, preaquecido, a 200 ºC, até dourar.

Deixe esfriar.

Prepare o recheio: no liquidificador, bata o leite de coco, o leite condensado e 100 g de coco ralado.

Misture a gelatina hidratada e dissolvida de acordo com as instruções da embalagem e o creme de leite.

Despeje sobre a massa e leve à geladeira até firmar.

Regue com leite condensado e decore com raspas de chocolate.

Dica: use coco de pacote para preparar a massa.

2 latas de leite condensado

1 lata de creme de leite

raspa de Chocolate para decorar

Preparação:

Hidrate a gelatina na água e derreta, dissolvida em banho-maria. Reserve.

No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, o creme de leite e misture a gelatina preparada.

Distribua em taças individuais e leve-as para gelar.

Antes de servir, decore com as raspas de chocolate.
