Anthony, de oito anos, vai passar um fim-de-semana com o pai, Walt, um carpinteiro sem dinheiro que se debate com problemas de alcoolismo. Habituado à segurança da progenitora, o rapaz não sabe muito bem o que esperar. Walt, por seu lado, também se sente inseguro, pois há muito que, devido à sua própria fraqueza e ao seu desleixo, deixou de assumir o papel que lhe competia. Durante aqueles dois longuíssimos dias, em que o azar de Walt marca presença constante, os dois dão início a um processo de reaproximação que, apesar de ambos o desejarem, já nenhum julgava possível…

9 (originally announced under the working title Wild Love) is the third album by Norwegian DJ Cashmere Cat, released on 28 April 2017 through Interscope and Mad Love. It features appearances from The Weeknd, Francis and the Lights, Selena Gomez, Tory Lanez, Camila Cabello, MØ, Sophie, Kehlani, Kacy Hill, Ariana Grande, Ty Dolla Sign and Jhené Aiko.

On 26 August 2016, “Wild Love” was released as the lead single from the album. The second single, “Trust Nobody”, was released on 29 September. “Love Incredible” followed on 16 February 2017 as the third single. “9 (After Coachella)” was released on 30 March as the fourth single.

“Throw Myself a Party” was originally released as a single in promotion of the album, but did not make the official track listing.

Life Love Flesh Blood is the fifth studio album recorded by Irish singer Imelda May. It was released on 7 April 2017, through Decca Records, as a follow-up to Tribal (2014). May collaborated with American musician T Bone Burnett on the record, who was the sole producer on the album. Throughout the creative process, May received guidance from U2 vocalist Bono. The album followed May’s divorce from guitarist Darrel Higham, which influenced many of the lyrical themes featured on the record. Life Love Flesh Blood features soft rock and acoustic styles, which differed significantly from her previous rockabilly genre.

Commercially, the album peaked at number two on the Irish Albums Chart (IRMA), prevented from reaching number one by Ed Sheeran’s album ÷. Three singles have been released from the album: “Call Me”, “Black Tears”, and “Should’ve Been You”. The album also features guest appearances by pianist Jools Holland and guitarist Jeff Beck. May is scheduled to embark on an international tour in May 2017, in support of the album.

Vök is a dream-pop/indie-electro band from Iceland.

Vök was formed in January 2013 to enter an annual band contest in Iceland, ‘Músíktilraunir’ (Music Trials).The problem? They didn’t actually have any songs. Yet within a few weeks they were at the contest performing their brand new tracks. In a twist of fate (and talent) won the competition.

Vök’s sound mixes wistful electronics and melodic vocals, distant saxophones and reverberating guitars. Think The xx’s hypnotism, The Knife’s sexual tension and Poliça’s playful overdubbing.
