「ALL TIME SELECTION BEST」は華原のデビュー20周年を記念して発売されるオールタイムベストアルバム。楽曲はファン投票で選ばれ、1996年発表の1stアルバム「LOVE BRACE」収録曲「Just a real love night」「summer visit」や7月に開催されるイベント「ディズニー・オン・アイス アメイジング アニバーサリー」に使用される「レット・イット・ゴー～ありのままで～（日本語歌）」など全15曲が収められる。

なお6月24日には華原のシングルベストアルバム「ALL TIME SINGLES BEST」も同時発売。1995年発売の「keep yourself alive」から今年5月リリースの「はじまりのうたが聴こえる」までの歴代シングルから29曲と新曲「Long way to go」の全30曲が収録される。
